Job Summary**

The Relationship Manager - LAP will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and understanding their financial needs to offer suitable LAP solutions.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Identify and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through various channels, including direct sales, DSA network, and builder relationships.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of LAP clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, assessing creditworthiness and property valuations.
  • Present LAP products and services to potential clients, explaining features, benefits, and terms clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for LAP products, both in terms of volume and value.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies related to LAP.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales and relationship management, specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, credit appraisal processes, and property valuation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of credit risk.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
