About the Role

Klenty is looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities targeting the US market. If you're energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the US market.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
• Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Schedule meetings and demos for account executives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 12 Months of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
• Hands-on experience making outbound calls to US-based prospects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in the US shift.
• Basic understanding of SaaS sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work from the Chennai office on a full-time basis.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
