The candidate will be responsible for driving business in domestic market by close coordination with regional sales & controlling the cost through optimized solutions while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibility:
- Analyze the technical and contractual requirement of the tender and process required clarification
- Coordinate with Sales & BD team to drive technical requirements
- Engage with clients for technical clarifications / resolutions & acceptance of our standard product
- Technical offer preparation of HV GIS system & Costing & Pricing of the offer
- Risk assessment & mitigation
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to develop most optimized solution within the financial guidelines
- Support sales during negotiation
- Acquire order to meet the financial goals
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products & tendering for domestic market
- Team Player
- Customer centric & result oriented approach
- Professional expertise in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Self-motivated, quick and assertive
- Adaptive to changing market dynamics
- Collaborative & Well coordinated
