Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs through proactive sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and candidate pipeline management. In this role, you will help deliver talent solutions that align with business priorities and support a high-quality candidate experience. The role is suited for a recruiting professional who can manage multiple hiring needs, work across teams, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Sourcing team, you will be responsible for…

  • Managing sourcing and recruiting activities for assigned roles and business priorities
  • Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting timelines
  • Building candidate pipelines through market research, sourcing tools, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screening candidates and coordinating progression through the hiring process
  • Tracking recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring progress in recruiting systems and reports

At Deloitte, our Talent Sourcing team is placed within our Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team supports the organization with Talent solutions. The team works in an agile environment to meet the business needs of the organization and is instrumental in attracting the right talent to meet the ever-growing business demands. If you like to work in a high visibility, high focus environment, this is the team for you.

Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in talen
