Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to various insurance products and services
Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans as per their requirements
Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and renewal process clearly
Generate leads through calls, references, and walk-in clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims support
Follow up with clients for renewals and pending documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details
Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the company
Provide prompt after-sales support and customer service assistance
