We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience to independently manage corporate secretarial and compliance matters for a group of companies and LLPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, LLP Act, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
  • Independently handle board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings.
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate governance documentation.
  • Manage regulatory filings, annual compliance requirements, and secretarial audits.
  • Provide secretarial and legal support for the group's investments, acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and other strategic corporate transactions.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on compliance

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Qualified Company Secretary with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
  • LLB qualification will be preferred.
  • Experience in independently handling multiple group companies and LLPs.
  • Experience in handling NBFC compliance will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Good communication, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
