Hiring For Company Secretary
We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience to independently manage corporate secretarial and compliance matters for a group of companies and LLPs.

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, LLP Act, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Independently handle board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate governance documentation.
- Manage regulatory filings, annual compliance requirements, and secretarial audits.
- Provide secretarial and legal support for the group's investments, acquisitions, restructuring initiatives, and other strategic corporate transactions.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on compliance
- Qualified Company Secretary with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- LLB qualification will be preferred.
- Experience in independently handling multiple group companies and LLPs.
- Experience in handling NBFC compliance will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
