This role will be required to work out of our Indore office 5 days a week.
As part of the Solution Advisory team within Sales, the Vena Proposal Analyst will coordinate and facilitate the response process for proposals. Proposal documents may include Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and IT/security questionnaires. This role will be pivotal in supporting the global Sales team and helping drive Vena growth and revenue targets through successful bid proposals

How You'll Make An Impact
- Evaluate procurement requests for company and product fit, ensuring bid proposals are set up for success
- Facilitate the process for any RFP/RFI/RFQ and IT/security responses to ensure timely delivery of quality responses
- Work closely with technical and sales staff to convey Vena's value proposition and differentiating approach into compelling proposals
- Assist in project management responsibilities including development of submission plans, business/compliance requirements and managing deadlines
- Critically review deliverables for consistency, quality and accuracy before sending to prospects/customers
- Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience responding to procurement requests
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and interests
- Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex technical requirements to generate actionable insights and deliverables
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to deliver high quality responses within aggressive timelines
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience selling CPM, enterprise software or similar solutions is an asset
- Experience with RFP response software (preferably Loopio) and AI tools is an asset
- Accounting or Finance experience is an asset
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
Variable Compensation: Up to 251,985.40 INR
