Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Stores Manager to oversee and manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions in the system.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and warehouse operations.
- Implement and maintain effective warehouse layout and storage solutions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Good Knowledge/experience of MOOWR
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in managing a team and warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Experience with SAP and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) preferred.
