About The Role
Justdial Ltd is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Team Leaders to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The role requires a balance of individual sales excellence and team leadership, ensuring the achievement of business targets while developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:-
Achieve individual sales targets through field sales activities and client acquisition.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 3 Sales Executives.
Conduct daily field visits, customer meetings, and business presentations.
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and relationship management.
Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting standards.
Identify market opportunities and develop local business growth strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:-
2–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Agency Sales.
Prior team handling experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Malayalam with basic English communication.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Leadership mindset with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
