'The Current Account – Elite Banker(Virtual sales) is responsible for managing and growing a mapped portfolio of Current Account customers through virtual and digital engagement channels. Operating from a centralized sales or service hub, the role focuses on CASA growth, customer acquisition, relationship deepening, cross-selling of banking products, and delivering a superior customer experience.
The role combines sales-driven relationship management with strong operational discipline and compliance, ensuring customers receive personalized, solution-oriented banking support while adopting digital banking platforms.

Key / Primary Responsibilities :

- Manage a mapped portfolio of Current Account customers through virtual interactions (calls/digital channels).
- Deepen customer relationships to enhance overall relationship value and wallet share.
- Drive CASA value build-up and acquire new Current Account customers in line with targets.
- Increase product holding per customer through effective need-based cross-selling.
- Profile customers to identify financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Cross-sell banking products including Credit Cards, CMS, POS, Trade Services, Retail and SME Loans, Insurance, Investments, SIPs, and other bank programs.
- Promote and onboard eligible customers to Relationship Banking / Preferred programs.
- Coordinate with branch and internal teams to close working capital, business loans, retail asset, CMS, POS, and trade transactions generated through virtual engagement.

- Support audit requirements and control checks as defined by the bank.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in virtual relationship management.
- Collaborate with branch and cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
