Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd., India’s leading standalone health insurance company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Calicut Zonal sales unit as Branch Head.

Position: Branch Head

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Eligibility Criteria

Age below 45 years

Minimum Graduation or higher qualification from a recognized university

Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Experience in driving business growth, channel development, recruitment, and performance management

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Branch level Sales operations to achieve business objectives
Drive sales growth through agency, retail, and distribution channels
Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
Strengthen market presence and customer engagement
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and profitability
