We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate a team of phlebotomists and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor phlebotomist team performance.

Allocate daily tasks and schedules.

Handle operational issues and ensure timely service.

Coordinate with internal teams and field staff.

Maintain reports and operational records.

Shift Timing

Login from home: 5:30 AM

Reporting to office: 7:00 AM

Day Shift

Requirements

Good team management and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of operations coordination.

Experience In Healthcare/diagnostic Operations Is Preferred

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
