Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

• Observing and logging the process parameters.
• Ensure full material in day bunkers.
• Maximising Online sinter charging.
• Maximising Coke online charging.
• Responsible for smooth running of Coal mill
• Responsible for maintaining coal injection tank operation
• Ensuring safety of PCI personnel
• Responsible for adequate coal injection to BF
• Responsible for maintaining input parameters Compressed air & Nitrogen pressure
• Responsible for checking healthiness of PCI equipment in control room scalar
  
  

Critical Tasks

KRA’s and Key Activities

• Key parameter observation and logging.
• Information to be given to shift in charge for any deviation in process parameters
• Visit to stock house to ensure cleanness of screen
• Achieving fineness of Fine Coal after grinding
• Coordination with maintenance personnel and service and ensuring smooth operation of PCI
• Ensuring safe operation of coal blending & coal shifting vehicles
• Responsible for Housekeeping in PCI

• Taking Decisions as per SOP
  
  

Educational Background and Work Experience

Minimum Qualification – Diploma with 05 -10 years’ experience or BE with 03-05 years’ experience in control room operation and PCI Operation
