About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional to support employee experience, culture initiatives, employer branding, internal events, and community engagement. This role will work closely with the Head of People Experience to create meaningful employee experiences [HR Dept] and strengthen organizational culture.

This role will work closely with the Head of People Experience to create meaningful employee experiences [HR Dept] and strengthen organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations and awareness programs.
- Support employee relations and grievance management processes.
- Coordinate employer branding activities and manage culture-focused social media content.
- Create and manage internal communications, announcements, and employee campaigns.
- Support employee feedback initiatives.
- Manage engagement activities and communications for the community events.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong event planning and coordination abilities.
- Creativity in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- Knowledge of social media and employer branding.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any related field.
- Pursuing or completed MBA with specialization in Human Resources, Marketing, or Mass Communication is preferred.
- Freshers and final-year students actively seeking internship opportunities are encouraged to apply.
