Job Description

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Flutter and mobile application development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Android and iOS platforms, building high-performance applications, integrating native bridges, and working with real-time communication systems.

This role is well-suited for someone who has strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and competitive programming, along with practical experience in building scalable mobile and communication-heavy applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Work across Android and iOS platforms to deliver smooth, performant user experiences.
• Integrate Flutter applications with native Android/iOS modules.
• Build and maintain native bridges using C++, Rust, or similar low-level technologies.
• Work with real-time communication frameworks such as Socket.IO, gRPC, WebRTC, or similar technologies.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Debug complex issues across Flutter, native mobile layers, and networking stacks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills using data structures and algorithms.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Flutter.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS application development.
• Hands-on experience with native bridge development using C++, Rust, or similar technologies.
• Experience building or scaling systems using Socket.IO, gRPC, WebRTC, or other real-time communication frameworks.
• Strong competitive programming background.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving fundamentals.
• Ability to write optimized and production-ready code.
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with WebRTC-based audio/video communication systems.
• Understanding of mobile performance optimization.
• Experience with native Android development using Kotlin/Java.
• Experience with native iOS development using Swift/Objective-C.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Exposure to SDK development or developer-facing products.
• Exposure to IoT protocols and hardware-level video/audio integrations is a plus.
