Learning And Development Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist who will lead and drive the learning agenda for the Wealth Management Division and Corporate Functions. This role will play a critical part in building capability across the organization by designing and delivering impactful learning interventions across functional, product, and behavioral domains.
Location: Goregaon - HQ, Mumbai (Extensive travel within Mumbai and across India)
The role requires a strong understanding of the wealth management ecosystem, financial markets, and third-party financial products, combined with the ability to translate business needs into structured learning solutions. The incumbent will own the end-to-end learning lifecycle — from training need identification to content creation, program delivery, and impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy & Need Identification
- Partner with Business Leaders, Wealth Management Teams, and Corporate Functions to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Translate business priorities into structured learning roadmaps and interventions.
- Design scalable learning solutions aligned with business growth and client engagement goals.
- Program Design & Content Development
- Create high-quality learning content covering wealth advisory, financial markets, third-party financial products, regulatory frameworks, and sales effectiveness.
- Design and curate programs across functional, behavioral, and leadership capability areas.
- Leverage multiple learning formats including classroom training, workshops, digital modules, simulations, and experiential learning.
- Training Delivery & Execution
- Deliver impactful training programs across locations with a strong focus on practical applicability and business outcomes.
- Conduct product training, advisory capability programs, sales capability sessions, and behavioural interventions.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of learning initiatives, including logistics, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Capability Building & Business Impact
- Strengthen the capability of Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and support teams to enhance client engagement and advisory excellence.
- Measure training effectiveness through learning assessments, feedback mechanisms, and business impact metrics.
- Continuously enhance training frameworks based on evolving market dynamics and regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Heads, Product Teams, HR, and external training partners to deliver best-in-class learning experiences.
- Bring external best practices and market insights into the learning ecosystem.
