Udaan is Myntra’s initiative specifically designed to offer a career launchpad to People With Disabilities. It is a six-month paid program that ensures a conducive environment facilitating a smooth inclusive transition to work. With structured onboarding, customized learning and development programs, mentorship opportunities, on-the-job learning, and best-in-class benefits, we aim to provide an environment that is supportive, so that you can thrive and build your career with us.
As a part of our commitment towards diversity and inclusion, through this program, we strive to create a culture where all can belong and bring their experiences and authentic selves to work every day. During this 6-month program with us, you will get the opportunity to work with the best talent in the e-commerce industry and work on projects that match your interests, abilities, and could lead to full-time employment with Myntra.

With 0.0-5.0 years of experience, your role will involve a range of responsibilities in the technology domain. One key aspect of the position is to participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through to testing and deployment. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that meet business requirements and objectives.
