Position Title - Officer P&L

Location - Batala, Punjab

About the Role:

Lead P&L Operations at UB Contract unit by planning for production and dispatch requirements, organizing logistics, coordinating with vendors and driving adherence to UBL operating procedures to ensure seamless production by CBU and coordinate for timely dispatch of finished goods to the required regions.

Planning : -

• Monthly inventory planning of RM, PM & Consumables in line with production plan. Arrange RM,PM ,Consumables as per plan for daily productions. periodically review of inventory coverage in line with PGP. Ensure inventory level as per norms.
• Monitor Old Bottle Returns. market visit to boost old bottle inflow.Optimize utilization of old bottles to achieve cost savings and achieve the Monthly and YTD Annual.
• Participate in reviews with Unit and HO stakeholders; Identify progress (actual vs. Plan/ budgeted), flag issues and drive corrective actions, as required. Actions to control material losses. Plan to control vehicels halting charges. Annual budget planning and udpate and provide data as required. Monthly PGP loss analysis and actions to meet the acheive the target.
• Label Registration- Follow the Label registration ( Register Right) end to end process as applicable as per label registration matrix. Coordinate for new PM development as per requirement.
• Coordinate with sale and Co-pack for Import and export permits generation for exports. Reconciliation of Permits : Daily update P &D report and udpate MIS in one drive.
  
  

Store & Inventory Control :-

• Malt Daily stock report .Barely Stock vendor reconsilalation on monthly basis ( Except Wave).
• Share the FG stock ageing reports with the brewery team and plan to manage timely dispatch of the same.
• Purchase Orders as aplicable . GRN entry in SAP. End to End process
  
  

LOGISTICS :-

• Ensure that all the legal compliance regarding the State Excise is properly followed to maintain the smooth dispatches of the finished goods.
• Planning of Trucks with the Transporter in advance to ensure truck placement as per indented .CSL Report for transporter.Transporter evaluation against execution of PGP. Material Bills checking as per the HO approved rates. Freight Inward/Outwards bill checking as per agreement/rate Freight at actuals/Extra to be backed by quotations. Creditors debit balance review with remarks. No dues certificate if required.
• RM/PM Freight bill processing in SAP : daily basis. Freight and GRIR monthly reconcillation. Transporter quarterly evaluation against execution of PGP.
