Job Description :

• Ensure the successful establishment and utilisation of regular, frequent communications between project team in line with project communication plan
• Co-ordinate timely delivery of accurate/complete input data
• Assist project teams as required with setup, management and understanding of the Project Document Control, Quality Control & Share Point project Portal.
• Provide guidance on best use of communication and collaboration tools and systems. Arrange training if required.
• Assist project teams to ensure alignment and agreement for project controls work process
• Work with discipline lead to resolve ay inter disciplinary issues
• Organise the preparation and distribution of Key Document Change Notices, Technical Queries, Holds register, Issues and Actions register and lessons learned dossier in line with requirements.
• Provide technical interface with customer
• To manage all project Deliverables for Engineering in accordance with project requirements of time, cost, HSE and Quality
