Position description: Generate fresh Business and service existing clients

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and acquire new clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

Sales Targets Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products or services.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with micro-business owners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Product Presentation & Guidance: Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly to prospective clients.

Documentation & Onboarding: Collect necessary documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, and facilitate smooth onboarding or loan disburals.

Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track competitors, and submit daily or weekly sales reports.

Required Skills

Strong Communication & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and build trust with small business owners.

Resilience & Field Work: Willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections.

Required Work Experience

  • Industry: BFSI
  • Role: Sales Executive, Sales Officer, Customer Service Executive/Officer, Relationship Executive/Officer
  • Years of experience: 0 to 3

Key Performance Indicators: Business Volume, Average Ticket size, Boarding rate
