Introduction
We are hiring a Head of Regional Quality, Consumables to lead the regional quality function across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations. This role focuses on driving consistent quality governance, ensuring compliance with standards, and strengthening customer value through data-driven quality performance management.
This position is mainly located in Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Alwar.

You will be part of the CNS Quality team, reporting directly to the Head of CNS Quality, and working closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and regional/global stakeholders.

You will be part of the CNS Quality team, reporting directly to the Head of CNS Quality, and working closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and regional/global stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Lead the regional Consumables quality function across manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations
- Ensure products, processes, and services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Deploy quality strategies, standards, QA/QC methods, and tools aligned with global direction
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and other quality methodologies
- Establish reporting systems to monitor trends, risks, and root causes
- Manage customer complaints, quality issues, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize best practices and build capabilities
- Translate company quality strategy into regional plans and improvement roadmaps; communicate performance and actions to senior stakeholders
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and travel up to 40% to support sites, audits, projects, and regional or global meetings.
- B.Tech/BE in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with minimum 12-15 years with a strong leadership skill and an experience in quality management across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Skilled in deploying quality systems, tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Capable of managing complex quality issues and driving resolution effectively
