Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inbound SDR to join VideoSDK in Surat. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical education background and experience in handling inbound leads, customer interactions, and sales qualification. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
  • Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads for conversions
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos and meetings
  • Work with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and other CRM platforms

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Technical education background (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT, Computer Science, IT, or related field)
  • Experience with cold calling, lead qualification, and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with prospects
  • Willing to work onsite in Surat
