Objective: The Store Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, dispatch coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and digital)
• Perform regular stock checks and physical verification
• Report shortages, damages, or excess inventory
  
  

Dispatch & Material Handling

• Prepare materials for dispatch (packing and labeling)
• Assist in loading and unloading goods
• Verify dispatch documents (invoice, challan, etc.)
• Ensure correct material is sent to the correct destination
  
  

Production Support

• Issue materials to the production team on time
• Track movement of digital signage components (frames, panels, etc.)
• Maintain proper records of material usage and movement
  
  

Documentation & System Work

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries
• Update inward/outward stock records
• Work on Excel or inventory management software
• Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
  
  

Store Maintenance & Safety

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-arranged
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE when required
• Report damaged or defective items immediately
