IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager for our Education Institution Loan (EIL) division. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our EIL products in the Chennai region.

As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our EIL products in the Chennai region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for EIL products in the assigned region
- Build and maintain relationships with education institutions to generate leads and increase business
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell EIL products
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processing of EIL applications
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to achieve targets
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the education loan market and products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
