Manager- Precast
Manager – Precast is responsible for managing and coordinating one or more key functions within the precast value chain—such as production, erection, planning, logistics, or design coordination—ensuring timely and quality delivery of precast elements to meet project requirements. The role involves planning, supervising teams, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and schedule.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the assigned domain within precast operations—such as production, erection, or logistics— ensuring all activities align with the master schedule and project milestones. ? Coordinate with design and engineering teams to validate drawings and ensure constructability, feasibility, and clarity for production and installation of precast elements. ? Monitor the daily operations of the casting yard or erection site, ensuring that molds, reinforcement, embedded items, and concrete are placed and handled correctly as per approved methods and drawings. ? Ensure all precast production or erection activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and standard operating procedures. ? Liaise with planning and procurement teams for the timely availability of raw materials, embedded components, lifting accessories, and construction aids required for smooth workflow.
