Skills: Cisco Routers & Switches

• Troubleshooting Experience on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols like STP, EIGRP,OSPF, BGP.
• Hand on experience with Cisco hardware (ISR routers & catalyst switches)
• Knowledge on Cisco routers & Switches troubleshooting
• Knowledge on SDWAN/Cisco Meraki troubleshooting.
• Working exp. On Cisco Routers and Switches NOC support.
• Ready to working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Good with Communications skills
• CCNA/CCNP certifications mandatory
• Candidate should be aware of basic ITIL process.
