Project Based Internship

About The Program

Our Project-Based Internship Program is designed to give you real ownership from day one. You won't be making coffee or sitting in on meetings — you'll be working on live projects that have a direct impact on the business.

We open applications twice a year, and each intake is structured around project briefs across functions. You'll indicate your area of interest during the application, and we'll do our best to match you to a project that fits.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver a defined project within your chosen function
• Collaborate with experienced teams across the business
• Present findings and outcomes to stakeholders at the end of your internship
• Contribute ideas, challenge the status quo, and make your mark
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• Curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own timelines
• Prior internship experience is a plus, but not required
