Role Summary
The Product Manager for euHReka is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product capabilities that strengthen payroll accuracy, compliance, and scalability across global clients.
This role owns the “what” and “why” of the product, ensuring euHReka evolves in line with client needs, regulatory requirements, and Strada’s broader platform strategy.

Role Summary
The Product Manager for euHReka is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product capabilities that strengthen payroll accuracy, compliance, and scalability across global clients.
This role owns the “what” and “why” of the product, ensuring euHReka evolves in line with client needs, regulatory requirements, and Strada’s broader platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for euHReka aligned to platform and business priorities
- Translate enterprise objectives into prioritized product investments with measurable outcomes
- Balance short-term stabilization with long-term modernization of the payroll engine
- Develop deep expertise in global payroll processes, statutory requirements, and client pain points
- Engage client-facing and client-serving teams to validate needs and refine priorities
- Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions
- Own and prioritize the product backlog using structured frameworks (e.g., WSJF)
- Ensure all work items have clear problem statements, defined audiences, and value hypotheses
- Make trade-off decisions grounded in business impact, risk, and delivery capacity
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Owners to ensure high-quality delivery
- Define clear acceptance criteria and success measures for all features
- Participate in PI planning and ongoing delivery governance
- Drive focus on platform stability, zero regression, and “first-time-right” payroll outcomes
- Identify and prioritize defect remediation and technical improvements
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and progress to stakeholders in a clear, executive-ready format
- Produce concise investment briefs and release narratives for internal and external audiences
- Enable client-facing teams with strong product messaging and positioning
- Roadmap is clearly aligned to enterprise objectives and delivers measurable business value
- Product decisions are grounded in data, client insight, and structured prioritization
- euHReka demonstrates improved stability, reduced defects, and higher client confidence
- Stakeholders have clarity on what is being delivered, why, and when
- Product adoption and client satisfaction improve across supported countries
- 5–8+ years in Product Management, ideally in payroll, HRIS, or enterprise SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and country-specific complexity
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, PI planning)
- Ability to translate complex domain problems into clear product requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes
- Experience with global payroll platforms or multi-country payroll delivery
- Familiarity with adjacent HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Exposure to AI-driven product capabilities (e.g., automation, anomaly detection, explainability)
