What makes the role meaty?

• Conduct Monthly 2 Audits to all the Offline stores assigned.
• Handle customer complaints and perform RCA/CAPA as per defined procedures.
• Participate in training programs for self-development and team capability building.
• Participate in FSSAI, and FSSC audit programs.
• Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines and regulatory obligations.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in food safety cultural programs and initiatives.
• Perform inspection and verification of cleaning and sanitization programs across DCs
• Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of all daily quality activities, including GAP entries.
• Verify and monitor Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.

We hope that you have..

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the meat and seafood industry (preferred, not mandatory).
• Proven experience in quality checking of food products.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management systems and quality control procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of regulatory and certification standards (FSSAI, HACCP, FSSC).
• The candidate must be willing to travel across the city and to other cities whenever required for audits, quality assessments, or training purposes.
