About Position
- Role: Sr Data Engineer
- Location: Pan India
- Experience: 9-13 years
- Job Type: Full Time Employment
- Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Spark / PySpark and SQL
- Build and manage data warehouse solutions in Snowflake
- Develop and optimize DBT models (including SCD Type 2 and transformations)
- Perform data ingestion, transformation, and ETL/ELT processes from multiple sources
- Work with large-scale datasets using distributed processing frameworks like Spark
- Design data models (fact/dimension, star/snowflake schema) for analytics
- Optimize performance of queries, pipelines, and warehouse cost
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Snowflake (data warehousing, Snowpipe, optimization
- Apache Spark / PySpark (data processing, transformations)
- DBT (data modeling, transformations, testing)
- SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)
