Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch's customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to customers
