Deputy Manager - Stores

We're hiring a Team Lead to drive excellence in warehouse operations. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance efficiency with safety, this role offers real impact and growth.

What will you do?

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, and shipping to meet fulfillment targets
• Ensure accurate inventory control and proper stock rotation across inbound and outbound activities
• Guide team members through routine and complex tasks while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and optimizing warehouse layout and workflow

• Warehouse Management — advanced level; overseeing daily operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Customer Orientation — advanced level; ensuring service excellence through reliable and efficient warehouse execution
• Logistics Operations — intermediate level; coordinating receiving, storage, and shipping activities across the supply chain
• Operational Health and Safety Management — intermediate level; maintaining compliance with safety protocols and procedures
• Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
• Problem Solving — intermediate level; resolving operational challenges and escalated issues independently
• Change Management — intermediate level; supporting process changes and guiding teams through transitions
