## Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Management Analyst with 1+ year of experience in eCommerce catalog management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing product listings across our website and online marketplaces. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large product datasets while ensuring accurate and high-quality product information.

## Key Responsibilities

### Product Catalog Management

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings on the company website and online marketplaces.
  • Ensure product information, specifications, pricing, attributes, and images are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain consistency of product data across all sales channels.
  • Upload and manage new product launches, product updates, and catalog changes.

### Data Analysis & Quality Control

  • Perform regular catalog audits to identify and correct data inaccuracies.
  • Analyze product data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Monitor product listing quality, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Generate reports related to catalog performance, listing status, and data quality.

### Product Content Optimization

  • Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and attributes as required.
  • Coordinate with Marketplace, SEO, and PPC teams to support listing visibility and performance.
  • Suggest improvements to product content, titles, and infographics that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Ensure listings follow website and marketplace content guidelines.
  • Should be able to audit infographics and dimension images that designers create and suggest improvement in image orientation

### Category & Attribute Management

  • Organize products into appropriate categories and subcategories.
  • Manage product attributes, filters, and taxonomy to improve website navigation and searchability.
  • Maintain relationships between configurable products, variants, bundles, and kits where applicable.

### Product Research & Analysis

  • Conduct basic product and competitor research to support catalog optimization and new product launches.
  • Review competitor listings, product attributes, and content to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining product data accuracy and completeness across all sales channels.

### Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, Marketplace, and Design teams to gather and organize product information.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain accurate product specifications, images, and content.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring all required product data is collected, reviewed, and uploaded accurately.

### Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve catalog management processes and data quality.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce best practices, marketplace requirements, and industry trends.

## Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Catalog Management, eCommerce Operations, Product Listing, or a related role.
  • Experience working with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, Magento, or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

## Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a product-based company serving the US market.
  • Knowledge of Amazon and eBay listing requirements and best practices.
  • Experience with Magento, PIM systems, or ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings.
  • Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog management tools.
