Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural

drawings for residential, commercial, and township projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD

software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling

large-scale township projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential,
  
  

commercial, and township developments.

• Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory
  
  

standards.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is
  
  

met.

• Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
• Support in approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities.
• Work on layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.
  
  

Job Expectations

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in drafting for residential, commercial, and township projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Knowledge of local development control regulations (DCR) and municipal requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Batchelors/Diploma/ITI in Draftsmanship or relevant field

Minimum Job Experience

5-10 years of experience in drafting for residential, commercial, and township projects.
