You will lead the technical advancement of our products, guaranteeing they remain scalable, maintainable, and resilient over time. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert broad requirements into concrete technical design decisions and address intricate challenges while upholding rigorous quality standards. Your choices will define the product's trajectory and affect how thousands of students engage with learning.

What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to clarify requirements and facilitating technical conversations to synchronize features with product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and preserving product stability, optimizing performance, and preemptively detecting and addressing issues.
• Technical Design: Executing high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product growth.

Basic Requirements

Senior Full-Stack Engineer key responsibilities

• At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
• At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
