Qualification
- MBA in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment.
- Extensive experience in Nursing and Clinical Hiring.
- Proven experience in handling bulk recruitment, campus hiring, and critical position closures in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Nursing and Clinical positions.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for nursing and clinical positions.
- Develop partnerships with nursing colleges, universities, and healthcare institutes.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment programs and job fairs.
- Create sustainable talent acquisition channels to support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with Nursing Leadership, Medical Administration, and Department Heads to understand hiring needs.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and manpower status reports.
- Ensure a high level of hiring manager satisfaction through timely closures.
- Track and improve recruitment KPIs including TAT, vacancy aging, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Strong expertise in healthcare and nursing recruitment.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Result-oriented with a "Task Master" and "Go-Getter" mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High accountability and ownership in achieving hiring targets.
- Recruitment positions closed within defined TAT.
