About this role

We're expanding our reach to investors and buyers in Gujarat. As our Rajkot-based Business Development Executive, you'll be the local point of contact for clients interested in Indore real estate — working remotely, with in-person meetings in and around Rajkot as needed.

This is a remote-first role: lead generation, client conversations, online presentations, market research and CRM work are done from home or in a hybrid setup. Physical site visits and on-ground verification in Indore are handled by our Indore team — you coordinate with them to present clients with accurate, verified options.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify new buyers and investors in the Rajkot/Gujarat region
  • Understand each client's needs and budget, and present suitable verified Indore properties (in coordination with the Indore team)
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; follow up consistently and keep records accurate in CRM
  • Conduct local market research and share practical insights with clients
  • Meet prospective clients locally and present options over call/video where appropriate
  • Maintain strong relationships before and after a deal, supporting referrals and repeat business
  • Work with the marketing team on outreach activities

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English for meetings, presentations and written updates
  • Skills in lead generation, follow-ups and pipeline management
  • A relationship-first, ethical approach — comfortable selling on transparency, not pressure
  • Comfortable with remote work tools, CRM, spreadsheets and video calls
  • Willingness to travel locally within Rajkot for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Real estate / property advisory experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll support your learning

  • Fixed salary ₹18,000–₹32,000/month (commensurate with experience) plus performance-based incentives
