What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes for multiple clients

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports

• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards

• Support tax audits and tax return preparation

• Review accounting processes and recommend improvements

• Lead and mentor accounting associates/bookkeepers

• Collaborate with Financial Controllers and client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)

• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, etc.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
