Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage and support core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy.
- Administer employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
- Coordinate and drive employee engagement, wellness, and retention programs.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS related to recruitment, attrition, attendance, and employee data.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee documentation processes.
- Facilitate training and development programs and maintain training records.
- Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance requirements.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experience and HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development activities as required.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Experience using HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
