Experience

5 – 7 Years of experience in sales or business Development

Qualification & Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation engineering
  • Good knowledge of LV Switchgear Products and a good understanding of LV Power Distribution and Motor Control
  • Good knowledge of market and customers in Sri Lanka
  • Good communication skills

Profile

  • Opportunity Management:
  • Accountable for identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities and handing over to relevant sales team in India
  • Business development
  • Drive and execute business development strategies and support India sales team for sustainable growth and market share expansion.
  • Regularly engage with customers and partners to monitor market developments and evaluate growth potential
  • Monitor business from the assigned areas of operation and initiate actions for course correction wherever required
  • Plan and execute promotional activities like retailer meets, electrician meets for promoting SINOPLUS products
  • Scan market for competitor activities and offerings and create winning guides to support sales teams
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with channel partners and key customers
  • Work with Channel Partners to create pull for SINOPLUS products in retail market
  • Compliance and Ethical Governance:
  • Coordinate with taxation, CF, EXIM, sales and business units to support operations in a legally compliant manner
  • Ensure full adherence to the company compliance policy
