We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Platform Administrator to manage the administration, configuration, governance, and health of the ServiceNow platform. The role involves platform support, upgrades, release management, production deployments, and ensuring platform stability across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, EA, VR, and Service Catalog.
- Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Notifications, Data Policies, and Catalog Items.
- Monitor and resolve platform incidents, service requests, and production issues.
- Lead platform upgrades, testing, release management, and code migrations using Update Sets.
- Manage DEV, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production instances.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders on enhancements and platform governance.
- Maintain Knowledge Base articles, documentation, and operational reports.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform Administration experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Update Sets.
- Experience with platform upgrades, release management, production deployments, REST/SOAP integrations, and Agile delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ServiceNow CSA certification (Mandatory).
- CAD and CIS certifications (Preferred).
