About Sturlite

Sturlite Electric is a fast-growing FMEG (Fast Moving Electrical Goods) company headquartered in Bengaluru, with a 25-state presence and a portfolio spanning Professional Lighting, Wires & Cables (Voltedge), Switches, and Solar (Zevolt). We are in an exciting phase of category expansion - the Switches business is being built ground-up with a July 2025 Karnataka launch, and we are looking for people who want to be part of building something from scratch.

The Role

As a Loyalty Executive, your primary job is to build a community of loyal electricians for Sturlite Switches. You will onboard them onto the Sumangala loyalty app, run meets, share scheme updates, visit installation sites, and collect feedback. You are the brand's closest touch-point to the person who actually puts the switch on the wall - and that makes this role critical to our long-term growth.

What You Will Do

Identify, approach and onboard electricians in the assigned cluster onto the Sumangala loyalty programme and app

Conduct regular electrician meets - small and medium formats - to build brand awareness and community connection

Communicate loyalty scheme details clearly: how to earn points, what they can redeem, and how to track on the app

Visit active construction and renovation sites; demonstrate Sturlite Switches product range to electricians on-site

Generate and pass on project leads from site visits to the TSM for larger sales opportunities

Follow up diligently with electricians on open queries - point balance, reward fulfilment, product issues

Collect structured feedback on product performance, competitive products used on-site, and scheme perception

Support TSM in dealer meets and counter activations where electrician participation is required

Maintain an updated database of electricians in the territory - contact details, app status, activity level

Submit weekly field reports covering meets held, electricians activated, leads generated and feedback collected

What We Are Looking For

14 years of experience in trade promotion, electrician engagement, loyalty programme execution, or field community building

Existing connect with the electrician community in the assigned area - a ready network is a strong advantage

Comfortable using and demonstrating mobile apps; able to onboard semi-literate users on the Sumangala platform

Understanding of how trade loyalty and reward schemes work; ability to explain point mechanics in simple terms

Diligent follow-through - does not let open queries or pending activations slip through the cracks

Comfortable being on construction sites and visiting electricians in field conditions

Strong interpersonal skills - warm, approachable, and trusted by the trade community

Kannada language proficiency (required); local dialect familiarity a plus

Good To Have

Prior experience in loyalty / trade activation programmes at paint companies (Asian Paints, Berger), FMCG, or telecom

Background as an electrician or in an electrician-facing sales role

Experience in structured feedback collection and field reporting

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH : You will report to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for your district and coordinate closely with the Product Head / State Head on activation planning and meet schedules.
