Job Summary

MEBL is looking for a SAP Functional Analyst / SAP Coordinator to support business users, coordinate with the external SAP support partner, manage user requirements, conduct UAT, and ensure smooth day-to-day SAP operations. The role will act as a bridge between business teams and SAP consultants to drive process improvements and effective SAP utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Procurement, Stores, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate with external SAP support partners for issue resolution, enhancements, and developments.
  • Provide first-level SAP support to business users.
  • Manage and track SAP tickets through closure.
  • Prepare test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate SAP enhancements before deployment.
  • Prepare SOPs, process documentation, and user manuals.
  • Conduct user training and support process standardization initiatives.
  • Monitor SAP system usage and identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Working knowledge of integration with Finance and Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in UAT planning and execution.

Qualification

  • Graduate in Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • SAP SD/MM certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of SAP functional experience.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with external SAP support partners.
  • Willing to relocate to Indore and work from the Head Office.
