Position: Area Unit Head – Defence Channel

Key Responsibilities

Lead business operations for the assigned defence channel/territory.
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
Manage relationships with defence establishments, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Supervise and mentor regional sales and support teams.
Monitor tenders, contracts, procurement opportunities, and project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
