JD Summary – Senior Executive HR

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Executive – HR to support and drive key human resource functions across the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, payroll support, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in enhancing employee experience, maintaining HR systems and records, and partnering with business functions to deliver effective HR solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive-HR to join our dynamic Human Resources team at Piramal Pharma Limited. This role will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in HR data analysis and report generation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their HR needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
