Looking to step into a role where you can lead teams, drive business growth, and make a visible impact across multiple branches?

We're looking for a Cluster Sales Manager who can take ownership, build high-performing field teams, and deliver results across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Gold Loan New KYC Business across the assigned cluster

Recruit Sales Executives for every branch and support their on-field development

Handle a team of 8 - 10 FOS (Feet on Street) Executives

Allocate targets, track performance, and ensure timely achievement of business goals

Travel across the cluster to conduct reviews, meetings, and training programs

Analyze market opportunities to identify key focus areas and plan business activities accordingly

Conduct regular team reviews to improve lead quality, lead generation, and overall business performance

What We're Looking For

Team handling experience is mandatory

Sales Experience (Direct Sales Preferred)

Ability to communicate effectively in the local language

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

People management capabilities

Problem-solving and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

2 - 6 years experience in Gold Loan / Banking Field sales product

Qualification -

Any Degree
