Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Conduct tests using instruments such as:
• HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
• GC (Gas Chromatography)
• UV-Vis Spectrophotometer
• pH meter, dissolution apparatus, etc.
• Follow validated analytical methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Record test data accurately in laboratory notebooks or electronic systems.
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
• Participate in audits and inspections.
• Perform routine calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Maintain equipment logs and records.
• Investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct stability testing of products as per ICH guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze stability data over time.
• Assist in method validation and method transfer activities.
• Verify accuracy, precision, specificity, and robustness of analytical methods .
