Senior Documentation controller

Your activities

• Review the documentation requirements with the project engineer / sales team and expectation of the customer.
• Work with internal teams to collect the documents and ensure timely submissions.
• Prepare & submit the project documents as per customer requirements / VDDR, which includes preparation of cover sheets and
• uploading of the documents on the customer portals.
• Review and download the commented / approved documents from customer portal / email and work with the internal teams for
• comments resolution / submission.
• Prepare proper tracking of the document submission to the customer and escalate the delays (if any)
• Prepare Final documents (commercial & technical).
