Role & Responsibilities
- Help Review Processes: Review VKYC workflows to help identify bottlenecks and support redesigning customer journeys to improve approval rates and experience.
- Assist with Automation: Assist in implementing automation solutions, like AI-based verification and automated checklists, to make the onboarding process smoother.
- Support Compliance & Quality: Support compliance with regulatory guidelines and assist with quality assurance frameworks to help reduce errors and manage risks.
- Monitor Performance Data: Monitor VKYC performance metrics, such as turnaround time and agent productivity, and assist in building dashboards to share insights.
- Support Project Execution: Work alongside Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to support project documentation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and tracking timelines.
- KYC Familiarity: A basic understanding of digital onboarding and KYC processes, along with an awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Comfort with Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital tools, basic automation concepts, and using dashboards to track progress.
- Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills to help the team analyze information and find efficiencies.
