Job Description

Role Overview

The CA Fresher - Strategy will work closely with the Strategy leadership team to support business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Strategy team in business planning, strategic analysis, and financial modeling
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility studies
Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and business projections
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
Support leadership with strategy decks, insights, and data-driven recommendations
Handle ad-hoc strategic initiatives as assigned by the management

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified CA - First Attempt ONLY (Mandatory)
CA Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
Good communication and presentation skills
High ownership, attention to detail, and learning mindset
Immediate joiners preferred
